At Wallz, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with proper packaging to ensure it arrives safely.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend packing the item carefully to avoid any damage during transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within a maximum of 3 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
